Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features and we prorate the cost. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What counts as a workflow run?
A workflow run is a single execution of a workflow from trigger to completion. If a workflow has 10 steps, that still counts as one run. Retries due to transient failures do not count as additional runs.
Do you offer a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing for the Pro plan is $24/user/month, compared to $29/user/month on monthly billing -- that's a 17% discount.
What happens when I hit the workflow run limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, workflows will queue and execute at the start of the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan for immediate access.
